Welcome back to my latest Lookback reviews where I'll be talking about one of the most fiercest hunters in film, Predator! With The Predator nearly reaching its theatrical release date to resume the hunt, I thought of this was a golden opportunity to rewatch the Predator films, both for the fun of it and to see whether or not they're worth the rewatch or just B-movie levels of guilty pleasures. Unfortunately, on the review video, the technical difficulties really screwed up the viewing experience, so I highly apologize if it prevented you from fully watching the video. Gabriel, if you're reading this, thank you for joining me in seeing the films and for reviewing both films as well, and also, so sorry that the day concluded with the viewing of the second film. Anyway, without further ado, here's the full video on our thoughts on both Predator and Predator 2!

So as you can see, the first Predator holds up surprisingly well in terms of its production quality from its cinematography, editing, music, action, Predator's design and makeup, and effects, as well as Arnold Schwarzenegger's performance, which fully makes up for the simple story. As for Predator 2, well, our reactions said it best: a total disappointment, one that I never want to look into ever again, but the last chunk of the movie, was the film's saving grace, thanks to the production and design of the Predator's ship and the fight between Michael and the Predator, but too little, too late... Anyway, that concludes my latest Lookback review! Like I mentioned at the end of the video, I'll be doing a Doctor Who Week, starting on October 1st, so stay tuned!
