Where to begin? I'm Robert Joseph, and I'm a film critic, but not a professional one. Yet. I'm someone who loves all things film and television. Now, now... don't think I don't have a life outside from that when in actuality, I do. For as long as I can remember, film and television have taught me many things, from learning the English language, understanding culture, learning of different locations, how we humans behave, and most importantly, being imaginative and exploring my creativity and to challenge it!

 

Here on this site, I will talk about all things related to the film and television industry, whether its Hollywood blockbusters, independent films, cult classics, critically-acclaimed TV dramas and comedy shows, sitcoms, the animation industry, and of course, the people who work both in front and behind the camera such as directors, producers, writers, actors, animators, and composers. I'll be posting my own reviews on film and TV shows, both live-action and animated, where I shall talk about not just the story, characters, and visuals, but also the production quality and overall execution of the subject matter it presents. If I love it, it gets my rating between 3 to 5 stars, but if I don't like it, then I give it a lower rating less than 3. If you disagree with what I say about a certain film, please understand that this is my own personal opinion based on my own knowledge. I can understand if there's a certain attachment, but I'm always a fair and just critic, regardless of what I've seen, and if there's something that shows effort, then I will comment on that.

 

I hope you enjoy reading my reviews. Oh, and before I forget typing this, I will also be posting my own Top 10 lists as well as doing analysis where I compare the original version versus the rebooted version, investigate why certain films, directors, and actors are under-appreciated and as well as showing upcoming films and TV shows and sharing my first impressions on what I think of whether or not they're worth a watch!
